Are your soaps natural?

Yes. Our soaps are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients and essential oils, without harsh detergents.

I have sensitive skin - is that OK?

Our soaps are made from natural ingredients, but everyone's skin is different. If you have particularly sensitive skin or known allergies, we'd recommend doing a small patch test before regular use, and checking the ingredients listed on the product page.

Where are your products made?

Everything is handmade on the Isle of Skye, Scotland. Skye Soap is part of the Isle of Skye Candle Company family, and some of our candles and reed diffusers are also handmade in the Highlands.

Will my order look exactly like the photo?

Because each batch is handmade, you may notice small natural variations in colour or texture between batches - that's part of what makes handmade soap special, not a fault.

How long will delivery take?

UK orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days and arrive within 3-5 working days after that.

Can I return an item?

Yes - unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Just email us and we'll sort it out.

Do you ship internationally?

Delivery costs and timings for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
